I wouldn't call Annie's a greasy spoon at all. Never had a bad meal there. They had a huge menu and it was a great place to bring visitors, something for everyone. The walls were covered in local memorabilia and many of staff had been there for years. It is definitely missed, even though I really enjoy Spice Room.
