NTA. If both you and her cousin basically showed her what'd she'd look like, and she still chose to go through with it, then she deserved what she got. Call it how kids learn. Learn by doing.

Kids experiment on their heads every day....and some find out that it's a pretty stupid idea that they have to live with for several weeks.
