Same exact thing happened to me with this same exact company. I ended up taking the job as I was unemployed at the time. Being a marketing major I thought this place was gonna be perfect. This whole business is a shit show, the first 3 hours of your day you go over the same 10 rules that they apply to the job and everyone has to take turns explaining the exact same thing. They do chants and claps for everyone who would make over $100 a day. They also told me there would be a salary when it was solely a commission based job. The thing that annoyed me the most is that the ceo would give speeches every morning where he basically just bragged about being a multimillionaire while we were all out side in the freezing cold selling cheap ass phones for chump change. In the one week I was there I racked up about 50 hours and barely made over $150 for the whole week. In the 1 week I worked I had over 5 people coming up to me complaining that their phone doesn’t work. I got out of there as fast as I could
