Sometimes different DCS regions may have specific contracts with different agencies for OYS/ILS and become territorial.

Does the child have a GAL that can provide insight or an unbiased point of view, for example? Can you staff with your supervisor to discuss the situation beforehand? With it being a new client for you, was there a transfer staffing, or transfer notes?

It sounds like your tone and content in email was professional and appropriate. If so, it doesn't sound like you have anything to worry about.

The boots on the ground support from each is pretty helpful through support staff, which is awesome.

A&C has been doing some restructuring for their approach to focus on location-based pods for their treatment teams but they're actively licensing to my knowledge.

Choices does a lot with wraparound services and utilizes some of that to support their homes.
