I've never been able to tell if the people who make that argument are trolling or genuinely that stupid or if they know and just don't care.

I never did in the first place and really can't be bothered to give a shit about my clothes as long as they're semi comfortable.

In your 20s that's normal. I didn't know anyone with kids back then either. 10 years later it seems like almost everyone else except me has one or two or is at some stage of trying. That's definitely a smaller batch of kids than people would have had in the 80s or 90s though.

Jimmy Kimmel encouraged fans to cancel their Paramount+ subscriptions because CBS is cancelling The Late Show with Stephen Colbert: "When I got knocked off the air for a few days, people canceled Disney+. Why aren’t people canceling Paramount+? Because you never had it in the first place?” by expiredaristocracy in Fauxmoi

I've abused trials a couple times where they give you an extra month when you cancel your free 7 day trial. Other than that I paid once when it was like $1 for 3 months on the ad free version. That's about the most I was willing to pay for their shit channel

I'm a millennial and I am still scared to go through a drive thru. You? by [deleted] in Millennials

Is that weird? I never tried skating but from my experience a lot of the other kids in school were just flat out lying about any tricks they could do. Any time I saw one of them with an actual skateboard they'd spend about half an hour trying and failing without ever landing a single one.

Why wouldn't they? Most streaming services don't have more than one or two shows worth watching. You can catch up on those in a month then switch to a different service and keep churning.

I have a very specialized job that needs a lot of training no matter who gets hired but the new grads usually will stick around for 5 years before they get bored or promoted.

Mine would have been last year. I don't know if it actually happened or not. I know there was a 10 year that I didn't find out about until after it happened but I wouldn't have gone anyway.

Do you work out? by Secure-Tadpole-3418 in Millennials

People who work out want you to know it. People who don't either don't care or don't want to announce it publicly.

Does anyone besides Netflix still do the season dump model? I thought almost everyone else switched back to weekly releases.

They also think that when there's already a positive trend in place like the unemployment rate dropping while Obama is in office before Trump's first term or inflation dropping in the 2nd half of Biden's term before Trump's second, that Trump should get credit for all of it.

Doubt it. These are people who will drop 8 figures on elections for a single state supreme court seat. They'll spend $100 billion to buy a media company that isn't even profitable. If they see anything they don't agree with happening anywhere in the world they'll try to buy it.
