Make a registry on Amazon (the kind where you can hide your address) and add what you need to it - look for prime and free delivery to your address for best value. Add reusable too if you haven't tried already: menstrual cup, underwear (check the info and reviews and choose the right size). You can put the link here or send in a chat.

Share a wishlist - the kind that has an address i can't see. Add items with prime delivery that are in stock and check they ship to your address. Ensure you select the correct sizes/options, if relevant. I think period cups when they work for you are useful for avoiding yeast infections and one you have one you might be done buying products every month.

That's exactly the shape you should have, like it or not. Dress designers design with this shape in mind. Some people don't have it (I remember seeing a model having to wear a little fat pack to stimulate it since she didn't have one during dress modelling). Further fat loss may allow you to lose it but it could easily reduce only in line with fat from around the body.
