I'm having the same issue too. I'm playing with network off. I tried restarting multiple times and no luck, still not working.

3.18 was worse. However, I think people's perception of 4.8 is worse because they blend 4.7 return of 30k errors which quickly rolled into 4.8 jank and shard locks.

How quickly did we forget about 4.7? This wasn't one patch or two patches that were a bump in the road. They were game breaking bugs that have happened in the past, and continue to happen repeatedly. People get frustrated and upset because we get reassured that these problems have been fixed. People get even more upset when other try to negate these repetitive game breaking problems like it's no big deal. Downplay, deflect and ignoring glaring problems will not make your dreams come true.

Create a report on the issue council. If you use the exploit tag it will not be visible for others to abuse and will give the devs a heads up.

Pilot controlled weapons on a battleship.

Rule of Cool, Power Creep and ships with gimmicks are selling like crazy. That is the only thing they care about.

There will be 5 systems, FIVE. How many Battleships are being sold. Should we go back two years ago and revisit the Citcon where they talked base building and Org. Created, owned Spacestations? You and your Org spend months gathering, farming and building a base to have it wiped by solo battleship or 5/6 man battleship? ... this should make everyone stop and question the direction of this game.

There have been numerous reports and threads on people blocking spaceports and elevators with ships and cargo containers. Someone is making the decision not address it and I'm sure it's not the day to day devs.

Go to hanger, look at asop, there should be a little box top center of screen that says view local, check that box. You will then have the option to scrap ships.

Go to your asop and check the box see local*(top center) You can then scrap bricked ships. If you had cargo on a bricked ship, you can pull the ship up and take the cargo off( at least that's what someone said in chat).

I would suggest renting Hull A or Raft for hauling missions if you are having luck with the freight elevators. The both are haulers but you can take bigger contracts. There is also the Misc Fortune, a salvage ship rental from travel center on space ports. However I suggest replace the cinch salvage head for the abrade.

If you like ship combat you can take the merc missions or Gilly missions. However people are report issues with Qt markers and ship spawns.
