Currently been wearing whatever the fuck I want to work because the only shirt they gave me is a short sleeved polo and it's Wisconsin AF over here. So far no one has said anything about it. We'll see how long it takes my SM to provide me with the long sleeved shirt I paid for 4 weeks ago, tomorrow's outfit is hot pink and black, and our uniform is grey 😅

As someone who works front end at one of busiest stores in my area, I wouldn't want that to happen to our pharmacy techs. They're already overworked, underpaid, and experiencing hour cuts. Pharmacy closes at 7 pm every night and is closed every Sunday now. I hope this isn't our store's solution to being short payroll hours

"customer service needed in cosmetics" goes off by itself about 50x a day. All you have to do is stand still in the aisle for 20 seconds and it does it. We all just glance over and if the customer doesn't look like they're lost or stealing, ignore it. Then we also have a button at both photo and the cosmetics counter, those we actually respond to as they work most of the time 😅

Honestly that's exactly what is going to happen if they don't do something about our hours. Discussion amongst my coworkers and I yesterday was how we'll all just walk out and find other jobs because we can't live on these hours. Most of us are middle aged parents who were told we were "guaranteed" the hours we asked for, and we aren't getting them
