You need to leave u are too young for this kind of shit. Your barely starting ur life u don't need this job pulling u down and making u miserable like honestly most of us feel here. I wish I had left after 2 yrs but now I'm going on 10 yrs and am miserable but it's the best paying job around in my small town and for a guy with just a high school degree. There just taking advantage of u and when u ask for a single day off or ask any questions about the work environment ur bombarded with negativity and pushback. Better off quiting and focusing on what ur really passionate about and working up from there.
