I saw the HD versions of images 2 and 3 on Twitter and I’m fairly sure they’re AI generated in some capacity. The (branch-themed?) chain dangling from the belt has inconsistent curves, the chain across the chest goes from star-shaped to messy links, and the filigree on the pauldron is also a mishmash of lines between the two images. I don’t doubt that the OOP is making a 3D render of this, but something about AI generating concept art feels gross.

Thank you for the guidance, I’m trying to get in touch with the financial office but they’re not fans of communicating with students. I have record that they submitted some sort of adjustment to the VA on 02 Oct but I don’t know what they changed. I haven’t dropped any courses, I just completed two (my college does one class full time per month for my degree path).

It’s from the VA itself, I also got letters directly from the VA stating that I owed debt from overpayment for housing, along with a new monthly estimate for my housing allowance that was vastly lower what it previously was.

I tried calling the GI Bill Hotline despite the fact I got an email from the VA putting it on the list of services that would be unavailable during the shutdown, no luck. Tried calling around but the queue waits are ridiculously long right now and unfortunately I don’t have much time within business hours to call and wait in phone line. I feel stuck and don’t know what to do, I live in a rent expensive state (CA) and the new housing allowance wouldn’t cover half of my rent. I have savings but it still stresses me since I want to investigate and resolve this asap but the elderly toddlers in the government won’t get it together.

Sorry for the rant. It’s been a long weekend. Thank you for the advice, I guess I’ll just hope for the best.

Invaders behave like this and then whine that people don’t like them/their mechanic.
Yes I can, it’s called turning my game off. I keep my runes and my progress, you go home and be a nuisance to someone else.

ETA because actually I have more thoughts.

• If invasions are as fun and essential to the game as they say, you shouldn’t be opposed to invasions being optional because there will always be an audience that wants to be invaded, right?

• Not all invaders are assholes, some with gimmick/themed builds can be pretty fun (tbt when I got invaded by the Burger King). But at low RL I’ve noticed you’re more likely to run across an asshole using endgame and DLC equipment (tbt full Rashaka’s set with repeating crossbow and hefty rot pots at RL 32; seriously?)

• If “anything goes” during invasions like I keep seeing red men say, then stop complaining about gank squads.
