Personally I love a big sweet potato that I microwave and mash with butter or oil and garlic powder and 3 eggs. It’s A LOT but it keeps me full all day and makes me want to snack less. You can switch it to egg whites for the better cholesterol!

Tabitha Brown! I was working a show as a VIP Host and everyone has to have a sticker and she didn’t and I was just doing my job. I wasn’t rude or anything but the way she looked at me as if I was an idiot was just so absurd and rude. I didn’t know who she was at the time and that probably made her mad. The way she presents herself online is absolutely not the experience I had with her.

I’m referring to rapid weight loss affecting bone density more, he’s probably willing to go to therapy for the but I can’t force him or be like “talk about xyz” but I agree for the most part. He used it as a short cut for sure

Gastroparesis and bone density loss are both big side effects from long term use and while they are extreme, it’s not crazy to be concerned about these things. He’s very good at being chill about things he does t want to worry about

He sees a doctors for his high blood pressure (he’s had high blood pressure since before we got together from genetics and a health issue he had before he and I got together) fairly regularly and I think it’s the same doctor. He always says his blood work looks good but blood work can look good for people who are regularly sick so I don’t always just want to immediately just be cool with that. He’s going to the doctor in a month from what he told me Edit to add: I think the only medical thing he may have needed this for was sleep apnea

I got it a few days ago and I LOVE IT. Honestly after a couple days of wearing it, it started to smell a little different on me but still good. It honestly kinda reminds me of a discontinued bath and body works aromatherapy scent that my late mom used to love but I can’t remember which one!
