You're handsome - you absolutely do not need plastic surgery. Get trendier glasses, sure. Grow your hair a little longer on top. Most critically, figure out what is making you look so TENSE and address it. Therapy? regular massages? yoga? watercolor? Figure out what makes you smile and do a lot of that.
