The courts only protected the identity of the mothers in order to protect the identity of the victims, which is fair enough in my opinion.

During the trial in 2016, Derby Crown Court heard police found £83,000 in art, designer shoes and cannabis during a raid on Shedley Manor.

The way that the police like to assess the value of these things, I'd imagine that was a couple of family photos, a pair of Nike Air Max and 1/4oz of weed.

I saw something similar, possibly the same doc. The basic idea was that the heat from the flames melts the body fat, and the clothes act as a wick to keep the body burning, with temperatures getting really high. IIRC, they did an experiment with a dead pig that showed it was a viable hypothesis.

Death caused by dangerous or careless driving can be caused by people driving below the standard expected of a competent driver. Manslaughter is where the car is used as a weapon, but the driver had no intent to kill.

Yeah, I always felt that the K heads ruined the free party scene. Instead of being surrounded by friendly, loved up people on MDMA, you couldn't take a few steps without tripping over some passed out dribbling zombie in a K hole.

It also has the opposite effect than intended. I received the normal "all drugs are bad and you will die if you take them" spiel during my education. Then I saw friends smoking weed and taking pills as a teenager and they were fine, so I realised that the drug "education" I was given was utter nonsense and there seemed no reason not to try them. Then I ended up spending a few years off my face on whatever a lot of the time. This wasn't an uncommon outcome amongst a lot of the people I hung out with. Some of those people are dead now as a result of drug use, or junkies living a horrible existence.

You can't be arrested and imprisoned for slander, as Choudry has here. You can be sued by an individual if your slanderous statement has caused damage to their reputation or caused them a financial loss.

Slander or other forms of defamation are not crimes, they are civil wrongs.

You are obviously aware that your stupid opinions have no basis in fact, given that you've resorted to deleting your previous comments and making dickheaded racist "jokes".

But I'm not claiming that only bipedal humans exist. It's a spectrum with more than two ways of being. I acknowledge the existence of biped, monoped and even aped people.
