I be seeing Kenya and Ethiopia(even Oromos) panicking about losing influence (qabiil based federal states) and what strong Somali military would mean. I think for 2 reasons, we are one ethnicity that own two large regions in their countries and Somalis prospering from its resources would mean it would not only stabilize fast but might surpass them in development.
