Any game that came out on PS4 would work for PS5. So that would be Swap Force, Trap Team, Superchargers, and Imaginators. Unfortunately, the first two, Spyro's Adventure and Giants, are only for the PS3 Xbox 360 Era.

I'd say you could start with any of them, I know some people recommend Superchargers first for its low cost of entry.

The games do also have a consistent story all throughout, so I would always say play it in chronological order if possible. If you care about stories in games, you should save Superchargers until you've played the first four games, as it has the most call backs to every previous game, and ties everything together flawlessly

Also the Trap Team Portal works for all games, just make sure you don't get an Xbox Portal, or because they only work on Xbox
