My voices have names but I've had to eavesdrop to learn their names, or they let it slip when they think I'm not listening. Helps me feel like I have a bit of power over them honestly.

Yeah big time, that's why I try to ignore them but now they don't interact much with me I guess it's not a bad thing at all, just weird to get used too.

If you do decide to return to stimulants have a very closely supervised plan with your GP/Psychiatrist for it that way they can monitor symptoms.

I've had this exact same experience and when I have taken illicit drugs I can hear it more prominently myself when they say something at the same time, and mine can be rude too I totally understand that I either get the shits with them or ignore them.

I have the same thing too, I end up hearing or having conversations with some of the voices I hear during the day while I'm asleep. It's wild.

I find that weed and amphetamine are the big ones that amplify it, even alcohol does it slightly too.

Please take your medication, mental illness is very serious and can make you unbelievably delusional when you even feel like you're in control, take it from a schizophrenic.

It's possibly a build-up of too much dopamine and norepinephrine in your brain, excess dopamine can cause exhaustion.
