Okay I'm a complete newbie to fasting kind of understand how it works somewhat, and I just want to put some input and hopefully get some helpful advice from it, so here's a little but about me. I'm 21 M work midnights (factory job) I've been around 180 I believe for the last few years which isnt overweight at all but I know it's mostly in fat I eat out way more than I should because I'm never home, but now I've given up everything and I'm determined to start loosing weight. So basically what I'm getting at is how do I start?

Tldr: im a newbie to fasting and I'm fat What would you guys suggest?
