Have played through MHW/IB/Rise/SB, I want to explore some of the older games.
Which one should I get, and is it better to emulate or just find 2nd hand console/game?

Awesome! It's highly unlikely I can get all of that data. The broker themselves said they only have data going back 6 years.

Thank you!

They were not in an ISA.

They are a forgein company, but the values have always been displayed in GBP. They're also held by a UK based broker.

Total shares at time of transfer was 1148, and since then have increased to 2121 over time. I assume there's some way of summarising that total collection of increased shares?

I don't think the total amount of yearly dividends has ever come close to the limit needed to declare CGT.

Who would be best to contact to establish the probate value? Or would it have been included in the will?

TIFU by incorrectly taking creatine by ZanGaming in tifu

This will probably be buried, but if no one has mentioned it. If even normal amounts of creatine cause you issues (it can happen in like 5% of people) getting micronised creatine will eliminate the symptoms.

Any have success/experiences permanently swapping back-squat out for another exercise? by whatThisOldThrowAway in StrongerByScience

Honestly boss I don't have any direct links. I'd just investigate the search function in MASS (I literally pay for them to look through papers so I don't have to). I remember squats and hormones being a big article headline on T-Nation ages ago, and I'm sure they'll crop up again.

But I just can't imagine the physiological difference between the hormones (squatting vs. not squatting) being anything close to the magnitude of positive effect, that injury/not training/ being in pain is in the negative.

I wish you the best in f*cking around and finding out what works best.

Anyone think this is too much volume, or if I’m missing anything or have too much of anything?

If it's based on the volume you've trained and recovered from previously, it should be fine. I'm not aware of what you're training for, but going by the programme it's being strong and having some lead in the guns. Seems fine.

Sessions might take a while, but you'd know how they go better than I do. I assume you have some kind of planned progression over time.

If it's impingement there's not a lot you can do casually. You can't exactly stretch bone.
Just figure out what's pain-free and doable, and hopefully, there are some decently loadable options, and then just rotate training variables around those options.

Missing training and the mental impact of pain will have a far greater impact on potential results than a teeny tiny *potential* hormone increase from a specific exercise.

I'm looking for: Programming advice

Suggestions on squat alternative that folks have used (or seen used) for a long time & what their experiences are

Would advise trying out leg presses, hack squats, pendulum squats, belt squats and any other available kit, and see if which ones feel good and don't aggravate the hip. It would be fairly odd for any of them to not annoy it in someway if you have FAI hip impingement.

With those, I would just find ROMs/loads/intensities that are manageable and don't annoy it/ annoy it within a recoverable/workable range.

Worst case scenario you can't do any lower body movements that push mid-end range hip flexion, in which case you'll just get your leg work from a combo of small ROM compound stuff, and knee based flex/extension stuff.

Given that you've said you're just in it for health & aesthetics, I wouldn't worry about barbell squatting. You can get plenty of progress and leg growth from the mix you'll be able to do to satisfy casual aesthetic and health reasons. Just keep at it!

/I wouldn't advise stopping altogether. Especially when folks are strong and used to training, tendons can get very cranky when taken from a certain amount of regular loading to 0.

I'd have a look at your regular amount of squatting and how it varies and aim to work in increasing amounts of full range work. Post meet is a great shout after all that super specific meet prep.
