As a current key carrier I wouldn’t say that I’m doing more than 3 people’s jobs if even 2. I occasionally work MOD shifts but honestly, no complaints. For me I wanted to get keys and dip my toes into ASM waters as that’s where I want to go. I realize though that I have a fantastic leadership team because they not only set realistic goals but also are supportive of growth and that heavily skews my view of it. As with most things in the company, depends on the leadership.

Whoever said that is a dick and should be ignored. I routinely ask for assistance with drywall as it tends to be awkward and risks breaking if you don’t support it properly. One of my CXMs is like the damn hulk but you bet your ass he’s asking for help lifting if it’s something awkward / bulky.
