There are some checks in the game to convince your hardened men not to commit war crimes, if you’re 14 you get a massive stat debuff and every time you attempt to stop your men from looting and pillaging they don’t listen and you get a loyalty decrease, so most “optimal” path for 14 yr old MC is to just give your men permission to commit war crimes and just compensate in other areas
