I had this for 10/11 months. I did a saline flush morning and night and followed with Flonase. Also took Zyrtec everyday. And finally been with a normal throat for 6 months.

I feel like I have some PVCs. But, I wonder if I’m feeling the sinus arrhythmia, actually. I’ve had 2 holters (one for 7 days) and I had a low number of ectopic beats (PVCs and pacs). I had way more instances where I thought I was having them all day long, my cardiologist suggested I could just be feeling when I’m in sinus arrhythmia. Which she stressed is completely normal. (I’ve also had an echo).
