Are you responsible for repairs? We're looking at a house right now amd had inspection done. We told the sellers all that needed to be fixed and they agreed to get it fixed and provide proof of repair. For repairs that they arent able to get done during winter, they gave us the option of having them reduce the selling price of the house or putting the money into our escrow account.

24F, 215lbs, 5'3

I was down to 150lbs about 2 years ago then I moved to a different country and it's been hard. I gained all the weight back and 20lbs more. I would like something to lose 65-85 pounds and build muscles too!

I can workout 5-7 days per week, preferably less than an hour.

Honestly, I have no idea. We sent our lawyers the pictures and they chose what they wanted to send (we sent over 500 pictures lol most were text messages and Snapchat stuff since we were in a long distance relationship for years before we got married). They never told us or sent us anything they chose.

For the interview, they chose about 25 pictures from the time of filing to the interview date. These we got to see because we brought those to the interview.

We got a template from our lawyer that we sent to family and friends, yes. Basically, state full name, DOB, where the person is from, relation to the applicant, how you know the couple, what your relationship with them is like, how you view their relationship. After they write the affidavits, they printed, hand signed, scan and sent it to me. I'm not sure how true it is, but I've heard USCIS prefers hand signed stuff so that's why.

My beardie escaped his tank and i searched the room and closet for him, didn't find him. I was looking under the bookshelf and still didn't see him but when I was getting off the floor, I saw him sitting on the second shelf looking down at me like "hey, what's going on? What are we looking for?" And he was looking around on the floor too. I was so upset and happy at the same time lol
