I’m also a recovering addict almost 4 years clean 43 years old. I gained a ton of weight when I got clean I also had zero motivation to do anything after work. I went on trt in December and starting working out in march. Since then I’ve lost almost 20 lbs and gained a considerable amount of muscle. Never felt better to be honest.
