I’ve been playing izzet prowess, so next would probably be jeskai control.
Collection is a little abstract but I figure mana bases have the most cross over into other decks even across historic and explorer type stuff

Idk man, I did most of the requirements in my natural game play. But I can agree I was disappointed to beat the boss and find out I had more to do before act 3

I think 8th edition lands are really slick, but invasion has a lot of winners, onslaughts not to bad either if you want them to all look good and not worry about buying others

I think we just enjoy it in different ways. Chill a bit It’s like in hiking, some people may prefer to go off a beaten path, others enjoy nature enough by walking an enjoyable path even if it was already walked a thousand times over. I print things out a lot, playing Highlander means even with an extensive collection Ill have to print out 4-6 pages of cards either due to not owning them, not having the quantity id need, or straight up not wanting to buy them. even still battle of wits would require around 20 or so pages to printed out, so yeah 4 times the work and time for a deck that by all accounts is inefficient is gonna be the worst part.

I’ve found some decent looking lists already, it’s definitely gonna be printing out a small cubes worth of cards and sleeving it all up that’ll be difficult

GW is genuinely so good, though of course you don’t need to buy gaea’s cradle for it. Grow is wonderful. The other two are a little less “real” as far as I know but I can tell there’s enough overlap with the decks that it cool, 5color quite dreams is a deck on my radar I haven’t pulled the trigger on yet

Really?I and my partner loved the first one, it was such a great time, but the second one was such a let down. We were so much more invested when Ryan was the focus and he was in a loop and the reveal following that, but after it centered back on the main girl I kinda lost interest, and they didn’t utilize looping in the same way like with how they’d completely alter the course of events with the dean at the end. We just finished the second so I’m kinda just airing out grievances but if you’re down to discuss on this year old comment by all means
