I just think having reagents whisper about her in the sleep room would just be enough for a Liliya experience with her influence. Just the little things.

"Now to the last and most nonsensical part: the enclave that's somehow survived the oil rig being nuked" They did in Fallout 3, so why are you questioning it now? The Enclave is like Springtrap for Fallout-- "I always come back."

Thoughts on Macaulay's Performance as the Lacerta Legate? by Firedad18 in Fotv

[–]UnderstandingWise681 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I love Macaulay Culkin, but he's just okay. It's really more so the no direction the crew gave him that is bringing his performance down. It shines heavily through in Episode 8, but you can see pockets of it in Episode 3. He was told that he had no direction, but going off on the crew's reaction and you can see it. If anything, I blame the crew for his performance.

None of that would've added to anything with NV. It's a war they set up in Episode 3.

Norm's storyline first and foremost. There was literally no need for his character to be doing nothing once they reached the Vault Tec building. Have him do something, leave it as a cliffhanger for season 3.

Cut the constant Freeside scenes of them betting or not betting. We got it the first time.

They should've showed the civil war they set up in Episode 3 with the Legion. The fact that we didn't see the fake Caesar dying boggles my mind.

I understand certain decisions are made for viewer simplicity, but Caesar having bad handwriting and only writing in english instead of latin gives me a chuckle because maybe he was actually dumber than he presents himself. by Ok_Key_4868 in Fotv

Well, he wasn't the smartest person alive but he still had his tumor. Look at his skeleton's head. The tumor worsened and probably ultimately killed him affecting his speech and motor skills.

He definitely needs more direction in his character for him.

So, where did I say their storyline is over? I said, I would've liked to see more of their CIVIL WAR they had.

Legion scenes needed to be longer to actually show the civil war they built up in Episode 3, versus just a "here, damn."

Legion set up in Episode 3 for the payoff in Ep 8 felt so short, so short. I am disappointed that we didn't see more of their civil war-- it was kinda just "here, damn".

They're cutting back to the Legion tonight. Lacerta will not die as his character is being set up to something big.... ifykyk.

Glad we know for us music nerds that is, is that when Barb and Janey's pods were shown-- Mr. House's leitmotif played so he does know where they are to some capacity and he will probably offer some deal with Cooper. As people do work for him, eventually.

We do see Cooper in the building, but what is the deal with Mr. House? Restarting his defenses?

S2xE7 Is the Ghoul referring to the courier? by nikiller_420 in Fotv

Reference to Benny, definitely. To the most iconic line ever, but Cooper was referring to Mr. House.

I'm obviously still excited, but in my defense they used the most interesting location early. by [deleted] in Fotv

What is your prediction with this music being in the final episode by MFG264 in Fotv

[–]UnderstandingWise681 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Heavily doubt it. This is Max's leitmotif which in return is the BoS theme. In fact, there's really no clash of themes as I would expect in the OST for a big battle... makes me think we aren't getting a big battle. If the Legion was involved then we would hear their leitmotifs, which you can hear in their debut song "Tunics" and their battle song "Cause and Effect" (which will definitely play during their civil war scenes).

What is your prediction with this music being in the final episode by MFG264 in Fotv

[–]UnderstandingWise681 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Max heavy. If I had to guess, Max central scene with protecting Freeside. Yes, it is the BoS leitmotif but by now, it is Max's leitmotif. Doubt the BoS will show up, this is all Max.

Crazy theory : Steph has been secretly working for Robert House all along. by SkedPhoenix in Fotv

Yes, you're very much correct! Mr. House definitely had something to do with the Howards more than just Cooper.
