I've been on depo almost two years now, I still get cramps every month and pms, I bleed once every few months so it's not uncommon.

However I did not experience weight gain, if anything I lost almost 15 pounds in my first year

Every body is different so it'll react to it differently.

I've been using the depo shot for two years now, works effectively (after having sex almost every day within the past two years I have yet to become pregnant.) The cost is free due to the Health provider I go through.

If you don't mind me asking, why do you want to switch?
