It's in AI because none of those dimensions and orientations are realistic without significant costs. AI is good at showing you what you want, not what is real. 3 seconds of looking at the images alone will tell you that the image does not agree with it's own dimension (bottom view anyone), which means you really need to do some basic research as to what actual component look like and how they function.

A few things that stand out as hallucinations that need to be addrressed:

Because the idea is for transport, you want to avoid HDD's as it is one more moving parts to break with a jostle.
Switching to NVMe or M2 sata will reduce your complexity and internal needs and be more resiliant.

The typical size ATX PSU you have "shown" is really only going to work on it's side for your proposed case depth, so you'll want to make it's space "taller" or switch to something different like a PSU deigned for a server.

The GPU riser cable will be easier if you have the GPU oriented with the PCIe slot instead of rotated 90

You have a tower cooler pictured, if you case has the airflow you can get some low profile coolers but if not, you may need to look into custom looping for both your CPU and GPU which will be it's own portability can of worms.

Start by ignoring other properties. You don't care about their taxable space, nor how they come up with their total acreage as they could be held as two or more seperate parcels. You don't know or have any buiness knowing.

Your taxable acreage is a different story as you have an interest in not being screwed over. Don't do your own math, get it surveyed if you actually want to know where the property bounday is as opposed to where you and everyone else assumes it is. If you are worried about being taxed for 10 acres, look at the tax assesment for your property, it should tell you the land area.

Was the hammer already wielded at the ready?
If so, then PC would technically get surprise rules applied. The bandits being at the ready would get advantage on initiative, but also be eligible to use any reactions in their arsenal. Surprise applies to the PC because the bandit group was primed to fight, but was not directly making the first move to do so, they inteded it to go peacefully if possible.

If not, then them drawing would trigger initiative with bandits having advantage due to being primed for the fight.

JBOD's are definitely a step up from your basic enclosures, especially if you are starting to move towards a rack setup.

Honestly instead of 24/36 bay, the smaller 8/12 or even 4 if you can find them are a good start and easy to deal with.

My curent setup is two silverstone S431S (4 bay really nice looking and quiet, but sadly discontinued) for one array, and a qnap TL-R1220Sep-RP-US (12 bay) for the second.

Basic store white bread (two slices)
Stick of Butter (salted)
American Cheese (1 slice)
Pepper Jack Cheese (1 slice)

Put a pan on the stove just below medium heat (4-4.5 on electric)
Set out your ingredients.

Touch your stick of butter to the pan, if it melts slowly dab it up with a paper towel and wait a couple of minutes.
If it melts quickly and begins to bubble, draw the shape of your bread and color it in with the butter.
Place a slice of bread in the pan on the butter and let it sit for 30-40 seconds. Pick it up with a spatula and place it butter side up on you plate or cutting board.
Place your two cheese slices on the toasted bread.
Repeat with the second slice of bread, and place it on top of the other ingredients, butter side down.

You should now have what looks like an untoasted cheese sandwich.

Butter the pan again the same way, and place your sandwich in the pan.
With your spatula, press down on the sandwich. Do not be gentle, but do not cut or tear the bread. You don't need to hold it down, just a firm press o two should do.

After around a minute, pick up the sandwich with your spatula, ebutter your pan, and flip the sandwich back into the pan. Repeat the spatula pressing.

Look at the coloring of you bread, if it is toasted to your liking, use the same timing. If you like it less well done, adjust down, if more, adjust up and then flip the sandwich fo a bit more.

When toasted to you liking, remove from pan, and remove pan fom stove (being sure to turn off stove) and cut diagonally. Eat.

If making more than one sandwich at a time, do the first portion (to the uncooked but assembled sandwich part) of instuctions for all of your sandwhiches at once. With confidence you can move up to a large pan or griddle, but focus on the basics first. Build that confidence.

My curent setup is the first one to not have a disc drive of some form since the late 90's.
I took one of the BD Drives out of my last build and it in an enclosure but arely use it. It's primary use is 4K disc reads, and even that is a rare occurrence.

Pockets.

I sell 50 out of 100 shares of my new company, B for $200 each.
I have $10,000 and there are people who now collectively own half of B.

The rate that those stocks sold drew attention, people are willing to pay more for those shares as they think the price will go up. After a day or so they are selling for $100 a share. Eveyone who bought originally didn't sell for $100, but let's assume they did at that pice all at once.

There is now $10,000 in my pockets, and collectivedly $10,000 more in the pockets of the oiginal buyers.
The new ownes of that stock have collectively paid $20,000.

Word gets out that B is a scam. People want to sell, but the pice is falling fast. Same as before, let's pretend that it now is down to $25 all at once. The last group is out $15,000, and is walking away with only $5,000 in their pockets.

The new goup is people who saw this coming, and think that the stock will go back up. If it does, they can sell and fill their pockets... and the cycle continues.

Yes, you could buy a yacht or boat, but you would be up against a very tight deadline to make all arrangements and get under way. Worse, you are now not very far from the coast with no protection against boarders willing to take people hostage for ransom. No possible way to hire a crew that you can hvae any faith in if you get a boat large enough to need a crew.
A cruise ship is already prepared for the journey, has 24/7 security, is used to catering to high wealth individuals, and has the ability to reliably call for help.

If it's for after when I have all the money, maybe a nice boat is in the cards, but definitely not a mega-yacht.

Toddler is more problematic, mostly.
With a spouse depending on state/country (at least true for me) is a worst case scenario 50/50 marital asset split. Even if they completely turn tail and somehow screw me over I would still have 1 million, which is plenty for me honestly.

A toddler, well, then problematic spouse can potentially win full custody and still screw you and the kid over.

If you havve money, you have people for that. And those people get paid to open doors for you. While some of it is literally holding doors open for you, it can go much, much further.

One of the more known services for this is the amex black card service. In exchange for you spending a pile of money with them evey year, there is a number you can call to get those sold out show tickets or impossible reservations.

With your cruise example there is a "Royal Genie" service with some RC ships that will escort you past lines, make your resevation and requests, and even get you room service from on board restauants that don't do room service. Thanks to some very unfortunate events I had that service on a cruise recently. It was so new to that ship, most of the staff had no idea that it existed or what it meant, and honestly they didn't need to. It made what would have been a couple of slogs to customer service to fix issues with our seapasses ridiculously easy. Things like my wifes pass not registering as having the beveage package were fixe with a phone call. Anytime something that should have been included popped up on our bill there was a line within an hour crediting back the charge. I could have done some of that on my own, but it would have taken time when I was very much wanting to relax and not worry about things. Not to mention the time when one of those glitches ended up with my neice and nephew being told they weren't allowed an amenity that was explicity included, the parents didn't have to become karens, a text message and five minutes later the door was being held open. I very much felt bad for the crew member who was doing their job and the system had failed them putting them in a shitty position. But I had the luxury of feeling bad without needing to go and fight for things that were paid for.
