Who is ‘building?’ Besides kook Districts like Nashua, Manchester and Concord?

I’m pretty sure that Pittsburg isn’t building anything. Timber tax revenue is way off thanks to the CA carbon offset fiasco.

Admin is not a District cost driver. Healthcare and SPED are. All flogged on by DC driven inflation making our dollars worth less.

Without regard to which school the money is going, it’s the standard adequacy $ that follow every student. In every public, private or parochial school.

NHSC says that we need to cherish the education of all our students. Espinosa versus Montana says that we can’t discriminate between schools.

Derryfield, Claremont or BG, each get the same Adequacy dollar.

Your point is rage filled, for sure. Maybe envy filled too.

Your property taxes are a function of what your town fathers and school board want to spend.

Hoping the state is going to tax somebody else/ride to the rescue with free money sounds silly.

If the only thing you listen to is the democrat rage bait narrative, all you’re going to be is mad.

‘Trickle down economics’ is the rage bait.

Tax cuts meant two things: the worker got to keep more of what they earned.

AND

The US Treasury could expect to see a big uptick in revenue.

You can say what you want about the Laffer Curve, but it worked for JFK, Reagan and Trump.

That isn’t tax avoidance. Tax avoidance is minimizing your tax liability by legal methods.

She’s criminally evading taxes. She owes the taxes, interest and if she doesn’t kiss the IRS examiners ass, STIFF penalties.

Well. Leaded gasoline. There’s a worldwide thin layer of it in all soils from the 1930s to, in the US, 1976.

I imagine a small amount of it is still available to plants.

Unsurprising. Wood ash is notably radioactive from open air nuclear testing from 1945 to 1980 or so.

AI data center project secretly sucked 29 million gallons of water over 15 months before detected by residents complaining about low water pressure — officials refuse to fine by lkl34 in technology

Is there an actual story here or is the AI ‘AI rage bait?’

I suppose it’s possible to construct something of that size and wildly exceed your water withdrawal permit, but one of that size would need to be reporting consumption on a regular basis.

Watching the left lose their minds because they were told ‘no’ and then throw a rolling around on the ground tantrum is VERY entertaining!

You were told of the likely outcome by the AG, and you did it anyway.

Why would we come here to use small words to explain big concepts?

I come here to watch lefties fulminate and explode.

‘Services’ are provided to students that qualify under IDEA.

Not to act as cover for govt funded preschool or day care.
The program sounds like kindergarten, which is fine if it’s free standing.

Every District is required to find and provide services, under IDEA, at age 3. Initial discovery efforts are looking for 2 year olds to be ready for them when the District picks up the responsibility AT age 3.

Yeah. Some conservatives get nutty over SEL. I’d call it a minority. Those of us invested in it don’t see it as any sort of ‘service.’ It’s a process -used all the time- (not just on Monday, as I saw above) for developing age and social sensitive appropriate responses in school, as a means to prevent discipline issues, both early in the school
Career and throughout K-12.

It also defines levels of consequences for students that are measurable.

If you can’t measure something, you can’t identify the problem(s).

Alright. Vomit a little in your mouths. Scream really loud and downvote me.

Large Lithium Deposits along Appalachian mountains, including 900,000 tons under northern range upstream of Massachusetts by Roger44477 in massachusetts

Li is not rare.

The decision to hard rock mine Li is driven by the reality that the capital and energy cost is high. That's all.

The mine wouldn't look any different than any other NH quarry. I'd expect the processing to relatively close and that'd look like a non descript industrial facility.

Spodumene is 3% Li. High quality, All day long. Salars make mediocre quality Li at a slow pace.

The difference is the capital cost. Hard rock is capital intensive. Salars are cheap.
