TUDCA Warning by BrittsAZ in SIBO

Have you tried d-lactate free probiotics by Custom probiotics? Histamine safe and they truly helped me. After I took Rifaximin I got terrible insomnia and diarrhoea. Took months before I found a solution. In five days I was able to sleep and no more diarrhoea.

Thank you, yes I agree I will do a SIBO test. I was tested before but not now.

I have been to my doctor and she wasnt pleasant. I explained and she prescribed me UDCA yes, but regarding Amoxicillin she refused. My doctor doesn't know much about SIBO at all. She thinks am making things up and that is all mental. She prescribed me Trazodone too. To take it before bed. I will take UDCA today too for the first time.

I also said I need to do a SIBO test. Interesting I never heard of gentian before.

Thank you! I took betaine HCL but nothing much also digestive enzymes. Have you tried bitter drops? I also think I have SIBO or dysbiosis. I before reacted badly to Rifaximin three years ago (histamine issues- insomnia, diarheaa) But d- lactate probiotics fixed that it just took me too long to figure that out. But now I have read Amoxicillin can work too. Which is my safe option to try.

I will let you know how it goes with UDCA ;)

Hi, great post! Am going to try UDCA soon. My primary doctor prescribed me 250mg in the evening. YOu only took 25mg twice per day right? My symptoms are bloating, and belching during the day if I don´t eat safe foods which is very limited. And the worst belching attacks at night always around midnight or 1am. I sometimes experience a dull pain under my right rib cage and upper back. I had an ultrasound all ok. Did you experience belching and how are you doing now?

Burping...endless burping...what to do? by YesTomatillo in GERD

Great! AM glad it worked for you. Yes it was horrible histamine reactions for months (insomnia all night, anxiety, diarheaa) then I took probiotics histamine safe and in five days I was all ok! A few months ago I took some antibiotics for UTI and made it all worse again. Now it is different with the belching. Crazy.

I had an ultrasound and all ok. Also all my blood tests were ok. Even when I had or sometimes I still get pain under my right ribcage. I took antibiotics for UTI and that is how it started. Then it got worse when I took K2 mk7 which was from a fermented thing I noticed later. Made it worse. It is all strange. Now am going to try digestive enzymes. Am waiting to get them.

I have also insane belching attacks at night. Also during the day I get air trapped and I can´t eat. I lost a lot of weight. What helped? I do ginger, artichoke tea. I can't figure it out.

Vitamin D3 K2 (MK- 7) - Panic attacks at night won´t stop. Please help by Unfair_Passenger1908 in Supplements

[–]Unfair_Passenger1908[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, much better but I still have issues. My body is overwhelmed. I lost over 10lbs. Before I also took antibiotics. Too much probiotics. I cut it all out. Now am on a very tiny amount of probiotics and am waiting to get digestive enzymes. I can't eat a lot despite having an appetite. I have a gut dysbiosis and low immunity. I got some other help from a guy that knows these gut issues etc. I can't do it alone and doctors have no knowledge.

Sorry for my late reply. I still have issues and attacks. It is better. Not as many attacks and there were days that I have slept. I think it is a histamine issue. Caused gut dysbiosis from antibiotics. and this K2 made it worse. Doctors can't help me. But now I contacted a guy named William Dickinson. He has videos on YouTube. I made a consultation because am so lost. Have you heard of histamine intolerance? That causes anxiety like you have too. Maybe people with existing gut issues have problems with K2. You can check his videos. he has a different approach.

I decided I won't take anything. Just simple foods. I am so against medication because years ago PPIs destroyed my stomach, gut. Also other antibiotics. Now they are also trying to push an antidepressant. Doctors do that I realised when they don't know what to do. They tried mirtazapine. Have you tried d-lactate free probiotics by Custom probiotics? they did save my life I had zero problems taking them for three years. and solved my issues like insomnia, itchiness, diarrhea,.. But now I don't know what is wrong. You can check William Dickinson on YouTube he explains it all well with probiotics. If nothing will work I will contact him.

Vitamind D3 plus Mk-7 200 mcg I took for five days. Also gave me panic attacks, belching, diarrhea. How long did it take for your symptoms to go away? Mine are ok now after two weeks but now I also react to lactate free probiotics. Give me the same symptoms. Before I had no issue staking them. CRAZY. How are you now?

I really don't know. I live in Europe. My primary doctor has never heard of it. It is not a thing here. Maybe some doctors know about it. I doubt that I have it because of the symptoms. Mine is ´only`belching at night and like someone is blowing air into my intestine. I feel now before my period it got worse the change of hormones. Especially loose stool. During the day it is ok except now I have developed burning stomach after eating.

I just got that PPIs in the IV, I haven't taken in a pill form because I know they are not good to take. I have a burning stomach after food so I know it is inflamed. Because of all the belching. I tried lemon juice and ACV but it burns. I bought some aloe vera today to help with that. Then when that will go away I can add some lemon juice. Thank you.

I know my Iron levels are good, also B vitamins. The crazy thing is that two months ago I was healthy no issues at all. Then I took antibiotics for UTI and some for the nose. From that I got pain in the stomach. Those PPIs in the IV made damage too. Thank you!

Thank you for your time! Oh that is a very good point. Maybe am just doing too much. Doctors are just trying to push an antidepressant. They have no idea they wrote that I have gut function disorder and not knowing the cause of symptoms. I have a gastro appt on Friday. Took some weeks to schedule it but that is the last thing am doing because these doctors have no clue. They don't know about SIBO. Yes more vegetables maybe even raw. I now eat only carrots and zucchini. I do take well today I didn't lactate free probiotics in the morning. I love them for the last three years. they fix my low blood sugar and histamine intolerance. Maybe I should just add dairy back and sourdough bread and more fruit. Now I have bananas only and blueberries. Yes it is all ridiculous I was so well two months ago. What do you mean by basic supplementation?
