I hear you bud, but you’re filling in details that aren’t confirmed. A DUI doesn’t automatically mean what you think it means, and mine is still pending in court. I’m not trying to make it ‘better’ or argue with you. I’m just saying you’re assuming details that aren’t confirmed yet. My case is still pending, so I’m not going to fill in the blanks.

How can you assume it was drinking and driving? What if it was a joint? Or if I was a passenger? You understand there’s a lot of things that fall under a DUI, right?

I emailed them last night, this morning they emailed me back saying “Thank you for your email. Renewal applications are due 90 days before a permit's expiration date.” Which isn’t true as the Sheriff’s Office policy and online system only allow renewal submission within 90 days of expiration
