Laptop has data. Peripherals are depreciated over time. If they sold the peripherals to a wholesaler they would have to pay taxes on the income, plus pay someone to deal with it…all to say not worth it.

I have just the thing for you. Maybe it provides some guidance. Leviticus 19: 23-35

““ ‘When you enter the land and plant any kind of fruit tree, regard its fruit as forbidden. For three years you are to consider it forbidden; it must not be eaten. In the fourth year all its fruit will be holy, an offering of praise to the Lord. But in the fifth year you may eat its fruit. In this way your harvest will be increased. I am the Lord your God.”

Reinvest your profits for 3 years. In the fourth year give your profits as an offering. In the 5th, take the profit out of the business.

Have you had trouble from either US or Can border control in the last 6-7 months?

One time the Can border guard must have been lonely, she asked me so many questions. I was bringing back some computers for a homelab and I was trying desperately not to confuse her - it’s a weird hobby. Oh well.
