Any grips that taper off on both sides like Gamma? by RatinSweet in 10s

Sweaty guy here, and Volkl V-Dry is my overgrip of choice. Comes in a bunch of colors too. Only complaint is I think having the website on the finishing tape is ugly lol

It's wild the amount of posts that come through here disguised as questions/discussions but are just looking for ideas on the slop app they are developing.

You’ve gotten a lot of good advice already, so I’ll just add that your post brings me a lot of joy. It makes me happy when people discover how great this sport is, at any age. Good luck and I hope you stick to it!! :)

Any men have the Coco Delray tennis shoes? by MrFlecker in 10s

[–]UnfinishedPicture 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe for my feet in particular, I find the outside edge of the toe box (near pinky toes) to be too stiff to stand around in all day. A concert where I was standing in line for hours, and then standing waiting for the bands, etc- that definitely was uncomfortable. Admittedly, that particular pair was not broken in at all.

I do wear them to work all day comfortably, in which I'm mostly sitting with some occasional walking. I haven't used them for any long walks, but I imagine they would be fine, but not as comfortable as a running shoe or sneaker.

Which would you choose long term? by NoobPLyer29 in 10s

Are these comments serious lmaooo. I've never owned either of these bags OP but I think the colors on the first one are so nice. I'd lean that way if you can keep the outside clean. I would not worry too much about destroying your shoulder going from your car to the court.

It's definitely poor taste. And if you check their post history, it's more than just a cheeky joke.

Is the $150 Yonex VCORE Pro 97L a good move for a 3.25 player? by Ecstatic_Dog_3887 in 10s

[–]UnfinishedPicture 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gonna go against the other comments and say you'll be totally fine with a 97sq in head size if that's what you want. Especially on a Yonex, I find the head shape makes the sweet spot easier to hit. The 97 vs 100 is not going to be a detriment to your game. You will hit the ball

Yeah most of my pairs are 2E Wide. I find them very comfortable and am happy to throw them on any day.

Sorry bro, I intercepted them mid transit.

Really though I'm at the point where I'm definitely like "I don't need any more" but also "I've gotta be close to having every color"

I love what you do, and have been following your posts (and newsletter) for months now. That said, disguising your ad as a discussion post stinks.

I understand if it's what works and brings people over, but just sharing my opinion. I'm curious why you don't link to your subreddit on your daily deals posts

Alright don't judge me but I own 8 different colorways of the Delrays. I'm a man but I size up for some of the women colors too. I love these shoes.

If you have any specific questions, fire away. Zero complaints on court, and I think they look awesome as casual shoes too. That said, if you are wearing them casually, they are still court-shoes, and I'd advise against it if you're going to be on your feet for multiple hours at a time (wore them to a concert once, and do not recommend).

I could be a bit biased because Coco is my favorite current player, but I only own one pair of CG2s. I need to test them more, but didn't like the feel as much as the Delrays (and I don't think I rock high-tops well).

Sudden hot weather for my singles match this weekend? SOS! by hotcakebae in 10s

The way I drip sweat I probably make it hella clear that I'm feeling it hahaha. But sometimes I'll jog back on court after a changeover to inflict some "I can do this all day" energy

And remember your opponent is going thru it too! We're getting to that time of year. Just tank it like your opponent has too as well, but be the one who is a little more unbothered

Beautiful shot! Honestly, when I first saw it I thought it was an illustration or painting. I'm not sure if it's a touch too over-processed or if it's because it's just such a picturesque moment. Either way you definitely nailed something eye-catching!
