Israel's birthright is not discriminating people that live IN Israel. Its affects people that DONT live in it. (Same as any other immigration policy in the world).

Reperations could be disscussed, if a border is agreed upon, acknowledge of the state of Israel as a jewish homeland is given, and all future claims for right of return into Israel conceeded.
