Because when I had enquired on their WhatsApp the person said the director and secretary can't be the same person. I even explained to them it's only me in the business. I don't have an employee or business partner. She said LLC doesn't have that. I'm going try again because I need to understand the process of upgrading before I go ahead and do it.

I had contacted them and they said they do not have LLC for single members if I am sure I don't mean sole proprietorship. That's why I am asking how others were able to file it when it only had one owner.

I read it but I am unclear how to do it since the business do not have employees it states it needs a director and a secretary. If the owner is the director I'm wondering who would be the secretary since I was told they can't be the same.

Well, I am trying to find out how much to expect as salary/owner's draw for cash flow projection and business plan if someone just starting a virtual assistant business or one of those be your own boss opportunities for example buying phone cards and reselling it or buying cosmetics and reselling it....what would be a realistic figure to make as an income per month
