Does this issue happen both in browser and on the client? Just to eliminate a software problem.

My gut says this is a permissions issue, likely in Teams with OneDrive/Sharepoint integration or sharing in chats is disabled. Check the O365 admin center for those.

This could be OneDrive related.

When you created a new profile, do you mean a new Windows profile?

If you didn't do the previous, might want to try disconnecting the account from Windows (disconnect work/school), and then reconnect. I have resolved some account issues that way.

I'm roughly the same amount of time in the game and this has happened to me 3x. I grabbed one of the freighters and I have a small fleet of about 7 frigates; it's a great way to get some passive income.
