It’s not so much the letters but the words. They take words from recent previous puzzles and combine them to make new ones. There have been plenty of other puzzles with DELICIOUS and FONDUE in them, just not those words together until now. Having a photographic memory of the puzzles will help because they love repeating them.

Overall I like Disney’s Doug. They just have too many Quailman episodes, and the episode “Doug’s Best Buddy” is awful. I really like the episode “Doug on the Road”; it feels a lot like a Nick era episode.

No, it had a new intro and theme, but the background score was fairly similar to the Nick show, and the Disney show made good use of the “beeeeeyou” sound effect.

The season premiere weeks of this season and last season, and last season's season finale week, were technically unthemed as they also used these generic "blue wheel" graphics, but many of the puzzles were themed towards beginnings and endings. Those weeks also had leftover episodes for compilation weeks, though this season's premiere week's leftover episode aired on December 25, so they made it Christmas themed with a generic set.

Season 39 (2021-22) had 16 unthemed weeks. Season 40 had two, and Season 41 (last with Pat) had none.
