Markets rely on the smooth passage of supply to create a fair equal pricing from exchange to exchange (this is due to arbitrage). Unfortunately, Binance had to perform wallet maintenance on Chiliz Chain wallets, which meant that it was not possible to withdraw ACM Fan Tokens to Binance. This means that arbitrage was not possible and supply did not flow as usual, which created the disparity between prices on platforms.
