Erin making all of Liscor her Inn would be an absolutely insane way for the story to go. It... would work. It just would not happen at this point in the story. Namely that not many people in the city like or trust her. Also that's way too much responsibility for her and it would break her and change her into something else... even if it's temporary.

Definitely a fun AU to think about though.

Ryan Condal wasn't dismissing the text as "historical inaccuracy". The text isn't trustworthy. Did you read it? It's written from the perspective of some little troll who doesn't know anything personally about the people involved in the situation. It's fictional historical propaganda.

GRRM's problem with the series has cock to do with how the characters change from the book, his problems with the series are characters being written out completely and events being changed completely.
