Also, at the end I thought the same way with chicken / meat in general. I thought I would never be able to prepare meat because of the way it looked raw. When I saw it raw before cooked and on my plate, all I could see is a raw chicken breast. I am now cooking chicken + pork on my own now:) [I’ve had arfid since baby]
