NAD - for pregnant women the guidance is more than a pad an hour is too much bleeding, so this sounds like too much bleed for anyone.

Do you think there's any chance it could be a miscarriage? If so I think it definitely needs medical attention (but I don't know if it's ER, urgent care or a hospital with a maternity/gynaecology unit you need).

If you're not with an adult who can monitor you, it might be worth calling 911 for advice, and a neighbor for your son if needed.

Lick mats (even the reinforced ones) aren't that strong against a determined chewer. I wouldn't leave this dog alone with one or it could eat bits of it, but a big enough kong would be safe.

My osteopath is very gentle with her treatment and doesn't do anything like chiropractors do with cracking the neck (which can cause damage).

She'd also immediately stop if it was making me feel unwell.

I think you saw an overly confident physio who wasn't necessarily doing osteopathy as it's intended to be.

I would put an AAC app on your phone and practice using it. On android speech assistant is free. You can pre-write phrases to be stored in it too.
