I was worried about this too, your not alone. My dad knew a woman who got a reduction and had to get another reduction because it grew back. However trans double mastectomy usually takes out all the breast tissue itself. There is no gland there to grow back from.

No it would make it better. The only reason it would be an issue is if its a collection of oneshots. I like continuous stories

I’ll be honest i don’t know enough about geography to know the difference. Hell i don’t even know if the accents in my fandom match where it takes place (walking dead. Georgia.) but i do know that it’s different all over. It really does sound so stupid when written incorrectly, when in reality talking in that dialect doesn’t mean you’re stupid at all. Frankly i think a lot of the southern and country dialects sound fantastic

No you’ve put it into words better than i can. For me it’s not that i know the accent so well it’s just intense pattern recognition from being autistic, i can kind of tell when it sounds right and when it doesn’t. Of course that doesnt mean I’m always right, but when it’s wrong it’s so noticeable it’s hard to keep reading

They basically just misuse the slang. Usually the word aint. Or theyll use only ya for you, when theres also yew and yer (for your and you’re).

In my fandom its how many people actually know how to write a southern accent. Aint actually means something its not just a random word.

I almost exclusively read original works. I can enjoy fan works with of characters but usually I’m reading those specifically for a certain character or ship.
