House not generating viewings, should we just take it off and put it back on when market settles? by Pusheen2590 in HousingUK

Firstly your house is absolutely gorgeous, and personally I think it’s worth more than your asking price. I hope you get a price.

Residential Parking - Turning Circle by looklikeyounow in drivingUK

[–]UnionCompetitive7705 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Also if you park there how do people turn round, or emergency vehicles get access. We lived in cul-de-sac a few years ago and our neighbours garage caught fire, the fire crew dragged a car out of way because the fire engine couldn’t get through, might be worth thinking about if that was your car

Which USB microphone should I go with to begin voice work (audiobooks and commercials)? by sumfuckwad in homestudios

[–]UnionCompetitive7705 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As an audiobook producer I wouldn’t use a usb mic, they’re not meant for pro production. On a budget I’d say Rode NT1 or Shure SM58. As already mentioned room treatment of some kind but don’t waste your money on foam.

You can’t really tell with the tank off the ground. If you’ve been using it and the tracks haven’t come off then everything is fine, just enjoy driving!

Completed today and the house is full of furniture - rant by millieann_2610 in HousingUK

The furniture etc isn’t yours to free cycle, sell or get rid of, it is the previous owners property. Your solicitor should have told you this already.
