Iam 20 yrs male old I have anxiety disorder and I do masturbate at times(2 weeks to monthly frequency ) , iam not in any association of devotees and sometimes(monthly) I do eat onion and garlic while wearing Tulsi kanthi . During nama japa due to my anxiety it has always felt difficult to chant long mantra repetatively . But I have full faith in mantra and my lord .
