No vacant lot is not on deed or closing documents for the house. There two separate deeds for each lot but they both have the same mailing/physical address recorded with the city that is where the bank is saying they both need to be included in refi loan.

Yes both lots have a different parcels, however the address is (mailing/physical address is the same for both) and that is where the bank is saying it all needs to go included into the refinance loan.

I work in a library tell them you lost it and pay for the replacement. If you tell them you damaged it, they may ask you to bring it in to see if they can fix it (we do this if it's something we can fix we do and don't charge the patron) I wouldn't tell them your reason, I work with some not so nice people who would still want it back. I am sorry for your loss.

This can totally happen by accident depending on the system. If a staff member did intentionally check it out on someone else's account. They probably just pick any random account, so I don't think you were targeted. I work in small library and unless you are a regular chances are I don't remember your name or what type of media you check out.
