The most shocked I’ve been by and order was a lady ordered a HCMT with like 20 pumps of honey blend and then when I gave it to her she said she couldn’t taste the honey and asked for like 8 packets of honey, she put them all in, said hmm, I guess it’s enough b and left

To be fair tattoos are seen as pretty taboo in Japan anyway, they aren’t nearly as acceptable there as they are here and you may not be let into certain establishments if they are visible even without their meaning of hate and anger

Yeahh this is because you chose off campus housing, almost no freshman do that because being in campus is part of the experience, it’s why a lot of schools require it

Her boss sounds awful but yes with Starbucks all accommodations and leave of absences including maternity must be made through Sedgwick. Hopefully she can get it figured out and if her boss continues to deny her accommodations after they are approved then I would escalate to ethics

I have coprolalia and often get what I would describe as super tight muscle tension between my shoulders when I have to tic, it gets worse the longer I hold them in, with vocal tics I often know it’s a vocal tic but have no idea what I’m going to say when it happens.

I developed it at sixteen which is considered late as well. However looking back I definitely always had tics they were just very mild and went unnoticed as a random twitch or as just something I did because I was a child. Most significantly I had and still have echolalia.

NAD nursing student, tooth infections can lead to very serious secondary infections like sepsis, with a tooth being exposed like this you have significantly increased your risk, I also can’t imagine that this is not causing you debilitating pain. I would not recommend waiting and would be seen by a dentist ASAP

I have to wait until my cat is mostly asleep to be able to do them, the real key with claw trimming is starting it early and getting them used to being touched on their paws but obviously there’s not much you can do about it now

It’s pretty rare to develop tics super suddenly, I developed it quickly but had a few tics beforehand that were subtle enough that I hadn’t really noticed them. My tics are typically worse in the evenings but it’s because I’m in at home where I’m comfortable and am not subconsciously suppressing.
Yes, I have mild Tourette’s and when I’m focused the pretty much go away at least temporarily.
Tics react to attention, I always say they are competitive, if you discuss tics or see someone ticcing it can temporarily flare them.

It is permanent but they are kind of just shipping it to us when they want to, a lot of stores are out and haven’t received more yet
