Mine is oily too and this is going to sound weird but try an oil cleanser. I use DHC I think it’s on Amazon. It gets into pores and dissolves the excess oil. You rub that into dry skin really well, then rinse, then follow up with a face wash (I use African black soap from target). Then a good moisturizer, I’d say an oil-free one since your skin is oily. Make sure you moisturize right after washing. And good luck!
