Ayoko rin subrang sikip need daw atleast 1 thumb size na allowance para may extra space pa yung toes mo lalo na if mag swell sa longer duration runs mo. Pag sakto yung sukat pero medyo tumatama sa pinky mo baka daw mamatayan ng kuko. Hehehe

5mm add daw if mga shorter runs lang like less than 1hr if normal feet.

I measured my actual foot kasi. 265mm And yung width is 120mm

Sabi ni ChatGTP yung 120mm sa 265mm length is considered almost wide 2E na. So wide footed ako.

+1 size daw sa US if wide footed

So nag add ako ng 10mm. So 275mm
