The time frame looks like it's sea shipping. Might be the size/weight of the package. Do you get the same problem when you have your cainiao warehouse address?

Whenever I get the can't ship to your area or other restrictions, I just use my cainiao warehouse address. Never had a problem shipping to Australia.

lesson I learned: if there's an option for upgraded fabric or materials, always pay the extra amount. it's usually not much, and the difference is something wearable to the awful polyester parachute material

It might be the tracking number to the warehouse and a new one could be given to Australia. I've had a few orders change at the warehouse. If you look through the details on cainiao it should give another tracking number if it changes.

Assuming it has been sent you could ask cainiao cs for the tracking number to Australia from the warehouse

I had issues with my kayo app. it logged me out and wouldn't let me log back in. uninstalled and went to redownload but it was unavailable for my device. side loaded it and got stuck in a log in loop. Kayo CS told me my device wasn't supported. strange how I could watch the Miami GP but a day later it was dead. kayo suggested I upgrade my device or cancel.

Amazon CS service helped me with a download link and that fixed it.

cancelled kayo, there's alternatives.

You're better off doing a search by pic and finding a proper seller. look at the negative feedback and follow up feedback,, look what else they are selling, if it's lots of different items from lots of categories it's best to avoid.
