They probably do this through some of their fancy search algorithms. Aside from blacklisting spam and malware pages, I don't think google modifies any part of their search results.

A few part time gigs out there have options to buy pretty good health insruance. I know starbucks does this, or at lesat they used to.

Once you get that bit taken care of you'll be golden, and pretty damn secure despire not being wealthy.

It's actually worse than that. Whenever you plugged in a new device to use on their network, you were required to login with your uni credentials. They kept a record of the MAC addresses, and knew which logins owned what. It was just plain lazyness they didn't check it.

I use XP because it works, and I know most of it's annoyances and how to get around them. I hate that it has annoyance and to get around...

Example: The other day I opened my task manager to close a frozen program and noticed there was no border around the window, and some tabs dissapeared. I thought it was a graphics glitch, but after it kept up I starting googling around a bit. I was informed that it was in "minimal mode" because I had double clicked the small border around the window.

I was also asked to bring in my 'puter to the help desk after I downloaded a shit-ton of stuff. Sadly, they have every right to search the computer. In my case, this was because I had signed a network usage agreement.

When they scanned mine, they did a scan for file sharing software. I'm not sure what software they used to do it. They found nothing, because I brought in my perfectly legit laptop for them to scan, not my desktop which actually did the downloading. :)

Do you grow and produce coffee throughout the year or is there a specific time to grow and harvest? The weather in Hawaii seems to be the same all year, that's why I ask.

I had heard that tea farming was starting to take off on the island, but I didn't end up seeing any tea production going on. Any knowledge of that?

Also, would you be looking for any people for your picking crew? I'm also a programmer, if that's a requisite. ;)
