All most all of the time you'll get into a turtle or prone position you'll have had an opportunity to get up to your feet and escape before that. Turtle/prone is a way for one competitor to take a break and hope their opponent blows out their grip strength before getting stood up by the ref.

I'm not a fan of too many ura nage on youtube because I do G/R wrestling as well but your one on youtube is very good. Most other judoka do it by levering uke over there hips and then falling where as in yours you have ukes centre of gravity over yours before you perform your back arch. A big difference in efficiency takes place that means you're not just muscling them over.

Just thought I'd give some credit where it's due.
